Whisper Caverns Never Let You Down

While wolves usually avoided eye contact with one another out of respect this stare had been different, it was like a partnership was forming that very moment. As warmth spread across her cheek with Tokino's tongue a bashful smile crept across Minka's maw and she playfully licked back at the male. Tawny tail waved behind her at a breakneck pace and butterflies fluttered about her stomach. This was the moment, when she would look back and say that everything in her life changed, the moment that allowed her to grow and achieve her dreams. Joy clearly written across her face she responded, "Nothing would make me happier, before retaliating with her own tongue upon his face.

Something had definitely changed now and both Minka and Tokino would have to face the consequences of the decisions they were making, both the good and the bad. Little did they know that their actions now would spark a civil war between themselves and Ash and Narimé and threaten to tear Whisper Caverns apart. Now was just happiness, a night without fear and hope for what would be in the coming months. Nibbling affectionately at Tokino's chin she smiled up at him she stepped out of the way, "Lead the way my liege." For that is what he was to her now, her king. One day they both would be recognized at founders and leaders of a pack, but for now they would rest and tomorrow they would plan. Slipping down into the darkness Minka was only half a step behind Tokino as they wound through the tunnels and into the den they would from here on out share.
