In late November of 2011, Athena took the first steps into Relic Lore as the first of her family to cross into its lands. However, she wasn’t the last. Many more of her lineage took their own first steps into the Lore. Her father sired many litters throughout his life time and every litter took the surname of the mother. The surnames in Athena’s family tree are: Fraser, Moon, Whurshire, Alexander, and Roth.

The First Generation.

Zeus Stone Zeus was a cynical and cruel man ever since his beginning. He strove only for his personal gain and only cared for the prosperity of himself and the spreading his genes. He is known for being cruel to women if he isn’t interested in being in a relationship with them and even when he is in a relationship with them, he was still abusive. He tried to kill his daughter, Athena when she was almost a yearling, though he thought he was successful, he had indeed failed. She took revenge on him and tried to murder him, but she was only successful in killing Tripolina Whurshire, the mate he took after Athena’s mother. He was eventually killed, September 10, 2014 by Athena. Below are all the women that he sired children with and every litter took the surname of the mother. Some women are not listed as they do not have any relevance to RoW. Ophelia Fraser had two litters with Zeus and was the first mate of his until he killed her when she caught onto his tricks. The last mate of Zeus was Lily Roth, she had two litters with him until he was killed.

Penelope Moon Motherly, loving, and beautiful, Penelope was an angel in the eyes of men and Zeus was proud to call her his trophy wife. As the mother to Athena, she loved every one of her children and doted upon them even when their father didn’t. When the yearling daughter Athena was deemed dead by Zeus by her accidently drowning in the fast current of the nearby river, she was devastated. Athena and her were very close and took comfort in her even when Zeus scorned her. However, she reluctantly accepted it until she went to visit the river where she supposedly slipped into the river when she was pregnant again with Zeus’s children. There she saw the small leftover traces of blood upon the ground and bush; she knew it wasn’t an accident and that her little girl was murdered. To keep the children growing inside her safe, she held in this newly found information until the cubs were old enough and then she confronted him. There she was killed by her husband in cold blood.

Tripolina Whurshire Tripolina was a mistress to Zeus while he was still with Penelope. She gave birth to their first litter the same year that Penelope gave birth to her second litter with Zeus. Tripolina birthed a second litter with Zeus before she was killed by Athena.

Claire Alexander Claire was a mysterious woman and that was what intrigued Zeus to her. She was the only woman that Zeus actually truly loved with all his heart. They met when he saved her from being killed by a male cougar up in the mountains. They soon fell in love with each other and she seemed to be the woman that could right his wrongs and make him a better man. She birthed one litter, Tobius and Eli, but she and her youngest son contracted a deadly disease and died a few months later. Zeus was devastated and turned back to his true self, but raised Tobius to honor her.

The Second Generation

A Note — Several wolves of this second generation escape any mention of their life or death, but their birth was recorded none the less. These wolves include: Ares Fraser and Demeter Fraser from Zeus' first litter with Ophelia, Janus Fraser from Zeus' second litter with Ophelia, Hephaestus and Hermes Moon from Zeus' fourth litter with Penelope, Torbryn and Harmony Whurshire from Zeus' fifth litter with Tripolina, Eli Alexander from Zeus' seventh litter, and the last two litters of his with Lily Roth (Hera, Poseidon, Nike, Nemesis, Tyche, Hypnos, and Hades). Also the listing numbers of the litters correlates with what litter that was for Zeus, not any of the females he mated with.

The Second Litter (With Ophelia Fraser, 2008)

Apollo Fraser Apollo was the last child of Zeus and Ophelia. Though, he looked like his mother, Apollo adapted a cynical and jealous personality as he saw the relationship that his mother and his twin brother had. He yearned for his father’s love and did everything that he wanted and said. When his father came to him about the future death of his mother, Apollo didn’t even flinch. He would do what he had to do to earn his father’s love and if taking part in killing his mother was the way, he would do it. Together, he and his father murdered Ophelia. He fled before Zeus and they agreed to meet back up together. Father and son reunited and Apollo became a loyal second in his father’s new pack where he lived for many years until his father brought back Athena, the scorned half-sister. Guarding her cell one night, Zeus came in the night and that was the night he took his last breath. In an attempt to protect his father, he fought with his sister, before dying in her jaws; he gave her a good scar upon her face.

The Third Litter (With Penelope Moon, 2009)

Adrian Moon First born to Zeus and Penelope Moon, he was definitely the favorite of Zeus’s. He grew up strong, but arrogant, blinded by his father’s love. Adrian paid little attention to his other siblings as he was busy trying to impress his father and earn his praise. It is unknown if Adrian stayed with his father when he learned he killed his mother or if he left to find his own family.

Dante Moon He was the second born to Zeus Stone and Penelope Moon. He was always loud and boisterous when he was younger, but once his father began his training on his children he became more reserved. He secretly adored Athena (as a sister). He kept it a secret because their father hated her and he did not want to be scolded for talking to her. When he took Athena on a hunting trip, he could not help but feel suspicious. He had a funny feeling about his father's intentions. When he came back without Athena and said she drowned in the river, he was devastated. A year later he left to find freedom and to get away from his father. He came across Athena's scent and thought he was imaging things, but the trail got stronger. He's now trying to search for her in the vast land of Relic Lore. However, the reserved man didn’t stay long and soon left when he lost trail of Athena.

Athena Moon Third born to Zeus and Penelope, Athena was born into a small family pack, consisting of her mother and father being the alphas and other wolves. Her siblings and her were the first litter. Athena was the runt, but her mother loved her dearly and the other pups sometimes viewed her as mommy's little angel. Although, her mother loved her, her father despised her. When Athena turned one, her father took her on a hunting trip with only her. He acted like he wanted to teach her some hunting skills, but that wasn't the case. He ended up leaving her out in the wildness alone and wounded. He had attacked her when she was going for prey. He broke her leg and gave her a nasty beating overall. This gave her a couple of scars, mainly on her side and flanks. She now walks with a slight limp since recovering from the broken leg, but you have to watch her very carefully to notice this. She enter the Lore in 2011, making her the first of her family to reside in the greats lands of Relic Lore. Athena quickly banded together with Rhysis and Naira to help them create the pack, Poison Path, which she eventually took over as leader when the two disappeared in the night. More more more…

The Fourth Litter (With Penelope, 2010)

Andromache Moon Fifth born to Zeus and Penelope and second born in her litter, Andromache was a favorite of her father. That is until she found out how cruel Zeus really was and ran away. She returned many years later to find him killed by her sister, Athena. Roma set out to find her sister and hopefully find some kind of closure. Andromache believes this closure will come from fighting Athena, but truly she is just looking for someone who knows her past and can relate to her. Her relationship with her sister is even more complicated by Andromache's twisted feelings about their father; while part of her hates him for deceiving her and disappointing her, part of her also misses him and blames Athena for taking him away. She is now in Relic Lore presently.

The Sixth Litter (With Tripolina Whurshire, 2011)

Roanoke Roanoke is a product of who he was raised by, born to a tryst between Tripolina and Zeus, of which after the murder of his mother Roanoke found himself raised solitarily by Zeus. For the Warrior Prince there were no such things as short cuts, no little pats on the back for trying and failing. With every mistake came a lash of teeth in punishment and eventually Roanoke learned that failure was not an option. Though cruel Zeus’ chosen methods of teaching were indisputably effective, Roanoke’s devotion and hero-love towards his father has blinded him and ‘brain-washed’ him to believe that Zeus can do no wrong. Roanoke’s Neutral alignment does not make him inheritably good or evil; simply he has perfect the balance of the axes, usually claiming to be what Zeus says he is. Roanoke’s affection for his cruel, “evil” father and raw ambition fuels his desire to please, to be the ultimate and “favorite”.

The Seventh Litter (With Claire Alexander, 2012)

Tobius Alexander First born to Zeus and Claire, his past has shaped Tobius into the man he is today. Tough, resilient, and intelligent, Tobius is trying to shape himself into a man that is nothing like his father. He's fiercely loyal to those who earn his trust and stands by his word. He tends to be blunt when he talks to others, but he still has gentlemen qualities within him that shows especially when he talks to women. He believes women should be treated with the utmost respect, unless they show otherwise. After his father brings a woman by the name of Athena, unknown to him that she is his half-sister, he tries to save her, but fails when she is too weak. Reluctantly, he leaves her, but Athena gives him a message before she turns back to face the wrath of Zeus. He is now presently in the Lore, looking for the man he is supposed the give this message to.

Relatives by Mateship

Eden Asthed (Ex-Mate to Athena) Eden grew up in the Xeno Pack with a older and younger brother plus a little sister. The pack has a strong ruling hand and a strict hierarchy. He was a strong male cub with a very shy character. However he had much capacity to become a strong wolf. He became a Healer apprentice but learned in his free time about hunting and fighting. Healing is still his forte. 2011 was a year full of chaos. Corrupted wolves, groups and rebelic wolves made Packlife hard. Because some events Eden killed his parents with a strong sleeping drug. After that he killed his alpha's with poisoned herbs. wolves in his pack declared him a mad man and tried to kill him. Eden flet but was chased by his brothers who wanted revenge. In the fight one brother fell into a river and drowned, the other became wounded but ripped a piece of his ear of. Eden knew to escape again, wounded but the scars would be hidden under his fur. A couple months later he heard his sister became alpha with her mate and the Xeno pack was normal again. Eden left his birthplace Ranyi and came to Relic Lore. He sired two children, Elliot and Aphrodite with Athena, but left before they were born.

Dziban Thanne (Ex-Mate to Athena) As the first born son of Northern Woods, he was already promised to another. It had been a decision made to ensure that the two feuding packs living within close vicinity of each other would remain peaceful. Essentially it was a plan to merge the two groups into one, and allow the young pair to take over the alpha roles. His entire life they groomed him for his position as an alpha, all while teaching him the ins and outs of healing. He took to it quickly, but never found it truly challenging. Life continued on in the same way for a year, until he finally met the female he was supposed to share his life with. Attempting to do the right thing, he stayed until the deed was done. The same night, while the pair slept in the den where their cubs were to be born, an invasion erupted. The outsiders ransacked their caches, driving many away, and killing those who chose to fight back. The horrible female went unharmed, and he later found out that she had been in on it. Leaving behind everything he ever knew, and a litter of cubs who would never know him, he set off. Dziban doesn't know how things turned out for the cubs, and that is possibly his biggest regret, but he couldn't stay. Dziban ended up healing Athena when she fell off a cliff and lost her memory. Athena and Dziban met up again and soon fell in love. He sired one child, a daughter named Aurora "Rory" Thanne but, a couple months after she was born, he left Relic Lore and his family behind.

The Third Generation

The Adopted Litter (2012)

Belladonna Calor Belladonna is Rhysis and Naira's second-born cub and the eldest of two girls. Adventurous and cheeky, Bella is one to push the boundaries, not just of the pack lands, but also of her parents' patience. Even at a young age, she was a charmer capable of manipulating most of those around her to do her bidding with her good looks, attractive figure and melodic voice. She is a smart wolf, perhaps not as smart as her brother Adonis, but she has an amazing affinity with nature - it is almost considered as a second sense. For instance, she can comprehend if it is going to rain a good few hours before it starts or she can tell you just how old a tree is. Bella isn’t psychic, though, she just feels the world around her. When her parents decided to move away from Poison Path, they left Bella and Datura behind. Alone and later abandoned by the brother who couldn't care less about her existence at all (as he believed her affinity with nature was her downfall), Athena became her adopted mother and the rest of the pack helped rear and care for her. For some time she thrived, growing independent enough as to find her own path and eventually make her way over the mountain and far away from the lands of Relic Lore.

The Second Litter (With Dziban, 2014)

Aurora Thanne Aurora, more commonly known as Rory, is the only surviving child of Dziban and Athena’s only litter of two cubs. Golden cream paints her coat, broken up by a coal dipped muzzle and a few splashes of white. Fair eyes adorn her face, neither fading into or contrasting with her fur. While growing up, her awkward adolescent phase did not last long as she quickly grew into her medium adult physique. What defines Rory, however, is not her size, but the way she perceives and experiences the world around her. Learning to form words was a difficult process for her, which has left a lasting effect on how she interacts with others. She heavily to relies on her body language and (impressive) observational skills to learn and communicate. She understands the world around her by what she can see or feel. Simple things that might go unnoticed by another are often noticed by Rory, which are taken in, compartmentalized, and processed easily. Without her parents - Athena went missing for a few months before returning and then leaving once more -  she was left to become a ward of the wolves of Whisper Caverns, with whom she currently resides and depends on for shelter and care.
