A few weeks? Too long indeed. Nauja's lips pulled back in a sneer, mirroring Niq'x own distaste for the idea. Land-dweller packs might suffice for Blitz and Kelp — who were both realists in a way— but what did they expect born and bred fishers like herself and her cousin to do? Starve to death? Nauja had no interest staying here any longer than was necessary to get her bearings and head west. "Agreed," the dark wolf mumbled.
And to the question Nauja sniffed neatly. "Last I remember I was down for a nap and suddenly I wake up here. With a headache." A small frown wore at the corners of her lips. More than anything Nauja wanted to be helpful, but it was becoming increasingly evident that there was nothing she could do. There was no way to riddle out their situation when her brain was as swirled as a tidal pool. The only way for her to help was to get them all back home as quick as she could. Her limbs stiffened with frustration.
She sent a vague glance in Tyne's direction, wondering if he had anything else to offer but doubting it all the same. Her eyes slid back to her cousin, "And what have you been doing, if not looking for a pack with your brother and his friend?"
