Morganna Archer-Lyall
Apologies if you got 2 tags, I tried to avoid it! Morg would expect Mitt to pass this on the crawdoptables pending all that they are doing. I didn’t want to call a meeting for one little rant so assuming everyone is on top chilling out and this is shortly after Piety and Zahira’s rank challenge. Feel free to reply or not, reactions are not mandatory. :)
@“Craw”, @“Wraith”, @“Isuni”, @“Greer”, @“Piety”, @“Lorcan”, @“Spieden”, @“Saradathia”, @“Larkspur”, @“Anaia”, @“Kino”, @“Sahalie”, @“Kara”

It wasn't uncommon for the pack to be gathered like this, what was uncommon was Morganna's foul mood. First Mittani, now Zahira, she could not wrap her head around it. Challenges in Willow Ridge hadn't been like this, and it was only their newer members that had caused problems to date. She regarded her subordinates, those who had been with her the longest, the remaining founders, greeted with a nudge to the cheek or by passing her nose over their crowns. After doing her rounds she stoped and drew a deep breath, remembering her mothers strength when dealing with all the hardship her troublesome brother had caused her.

Slowly she exhaled, her words curt and clear, voice no louder than needed to carry to each of her pack mates leaving no question as to her opinion on this matter. "No more fuckin' blood. Th' next time someone draws blood over a fuckin' rank, I'll throw em off this rock m'self and yer can see how thick the ice is or how deep th' water." She allowed her eyes to slide from one wolf to the next, if they had something to say on the matter this would be their only chance. "Yer don't like it yer better run far, an' faster 'n me."

Mittani Morelli

He had been hanging in the back. His position rather lazy and carefree despite his eyes darting about to watch everyone. The little wife of Craw's was making some kind of announcement. Oh, joy, like he really gave a damn what she had to say. Yet it was best to listen in case he needed to pass something on to the others.

The pale man raised a brow at her words. So she didn't want blood but she was willing to savagely push others off the edge of the monadnock? Seemed a little hypocritical to the Morelli man. She should of at least played the role of sickly sweet if that's what she wanted Craw's little hoard to be. He didn't exactly have time to bicker and argue with her words. Nor would he do so in the gathering of everyone. While he loved attention, Mittani knew Craw wanted him on his best behavior. His eyes wanted to roll so badly at the thought of him having to contain himself. He simply couldn't last. He could feel himself yearning to cause trouble more and more every day. Mittani wanted blood and the fact that this broad was gonna put a halt to that wasn't very kind. Certainly, there must be loopholes to this. He could stage a little accident.

With a soft snort, he rose to his paws and walked off. He would have some plotting to do along with informing the others of this news. Now they'd all have to be behaving like little slaves.

Piety Santoro
after the cut comes the blood
Piety Santoro

It was obvious her face had been the newest collection to these harsh challenges. Piety was rather thrilled that Morganna was taking a stand against it. The Santoro had every ounce of faith in the female lead but she was also worried that maybe this was normal. Yet it clearly wasn't if it managed to rile up the Archer.

Her good ear perked as the voice of the dark woman spoke out. Loud and proud but not overbearing. The news was a relief and Piety had no reason to argue against it. Her muddy eyes did watch as the pale Morelli man snorted and left. She hated him for me reasons than one. He was cruel to Lorcan, seemed arrogant, and had brought more unnecessary mouths from her understanding.

Unless someone protested against Morganna's words the dove was content to go back to minding her own business. She settled back comfortably into her laying position and rested her head between her paws on the cold ground. Her good ear stayed forward, eager to hear anyone's words. Piety liked to think there wouldn't be any objection to the law their alpha was enforcing. Granted, she had also thought that no one would ever do such a thing in the first place. It seemed she had to learn the harsh reality rather cruelly.

Lorcán Artemieva
Lorcan had been inspecting the medicinal cache, checking up to see how many sprigs of each plant he had left to last the pack through the rest of the winter, before he began heading back to the large gathering of wolves near the main den. It was as he neared the large group of pack mates that Morganna’s voice suddenly rose up from the dull drone of chit-chat.

Russet ears immediately perked up and he quickly shifted down to sit near @Piety whilst he listened to the dark woman’s announcement. He couldn’t help his fur bristle at Morganna’s words and without even thinking his golden eyes glanced over look at @Mittani. He had been lucky that it had been Craw that had dealt with him and not Morganna. The same could not be said for Zahira. Glancing back to Morganna, Lorcan nodded his head in understanding. The medicinal cache was getting low and he couldn’t afford to keep handing out precious supplies for violent interactions between pack members.

I'm where you wanna be
Morganna Archer

There was one scent still lingering around the Monadnock that she hadn't expected. It puzzled her why her brother wasn't off chasing his "mountain girlfriend", although it had been some time since she had asked after the girl at all. Maybe he didn't know what all these smelly women meant, or perhaps he simply felt obligated to stick around. She just wanted him to be happy and he certainly wouldn't be that if his girlfriend went and found another boyfriend, like the floozy had...

She gave @Piety one last lick between the ears, hoping to catch her brother somewhere near the den. A chuff went out in warning (in case someone like poor @Lorcan wanted to vacate the area before she came and stunk it up), but also so if @Greer was there, he would know that she was looking for him. The place was quieter for Odin's absence and the recent vacation of Spieden and her children. She could only be grateful that Capable had gone along with them just in case. After all the hustle and bustle of the winter, the large flat expanse felt deserted.

Greer Archer-Lyall
@Morganna

For the most part, Greer had been trying to avoid the monadnock since this dreadful, smelly month had begun. Mostly, he was trying to avoid the females, for they had all been out of whack and the Archer wasn’t really interested in being around them. There was only one female he could think of, and she in the mountains south of the monadnock. His ears twitched as his thoughts fell to the strawberry blond and their last conversation. About leaving. He was still conflicted about what to do—Whitestone had been the home that the Ridge had never been. Finally the shadow felt as though he belonged somewhere. He was useful to his sister’s pack and was made to feel like he was an asset. He couldn't leave that, could he?

Just as he was about to leave in pursuit of the lowlands his sister approached, announcing her arrival at the dens. He stepped out, his mercury gaze focused on the golden-eyed Archer as he tapped his nose beneath her chin. Pulling away, he looked at her expectantly, head tilted slightly to the right as he waited for her to explain why she had been looking for him.

I'm where you wanna be
Morganna Archer

Her brother made his presence known and she greeted him with a smile but kept her distance. "Didn't expect yer ter still be here," she answered his questioning glance with a small smile. "Yer mountain girlfriend 's probably stinkin' like this too. Yer don't want her runnin' off with Skoll like the floozy do yer?" If he had been waiting for permission, this was it. "Go find 'er Greer, we aren't goin' anywhere." Whether he stayed wherever she might be or dragged her back here, she knew she didn't have the same worry with the Archer-Lyall that she did with her littermate. "Bring 'er back here if yer need to." It was as close to giving permission to a subordinate that wasn't Piety as she was going to get, and if he didn't come back, well she'd make a chance to go and find him when the weather was warmer.

She waited to see how he might take her words, a small smile tugging at the corner of her lips not expecting a verbal answer from the shadow at all. She had said her piece, he would always have a home if he needed it. She stepped forward to give him a nudge to the cheek, a silent show of affection but also a nudge towards the door. He had a woman to woo if she was going to get nieces or nephews this year.

Greer Archer-Lyall

It did not take long for his sister to explain why she sought him out. At first he blinked in confusion, unsure of what she meant. Still here? Did she not want him here anymore, or was she referring to him scouting the lands for the monadnock wolves? As his mouth popped open into a soft o shape she spoke, cutting him off before he had even gotten the chance to speak. Mountain girlfriend. Of course Morganna knew about the strawberry blond. His dark pelt often carried her scent when he returned from scouting missions—truthfully, he was surprised that his sister had not mentioned it sooner.

He grinned at the mention of the floozy, his eyes rolling in response. It was something that had crossed his mind more times than he would have liked to admit—another male stealing her away from him, just like Skoll had done.

Go find ‘er Greer, we aren’t goin’ anywhere. “Morg sure?” He asked, at first, unsure of whether he was hearing her correctly. However, his shoulders sagged in relief. It was as though she had been reading his mind. She was starting the conversation he had been trying to avoid since his last meeting with Kyna. “Thank Morg,” he started softly as he reciprocated her nudge, his nose pushing into her shoulder gently. “Whitestone home. Always. And it would be, no matter where he was. If he decided to stay with Kyna in the mountains, or usher the scarlet wolf back north. The monadnock was the home that the willows never were.  His shoulder brushed against hers before he began his descent down the rock to find his mountain girlfriend, offering a soft wag of his tail as a see you soon.

Piety Santoro
Wolves were dispersing more than she liked but there was nothing she could do to stop it. Piety figured that as long as she had Morganna and Wraith everything would be okay. She was beginning to feel like Lorcan had left them too. Each day she stopped thinking about him a little less. If he had really wanted to come home wouldn't he have by now?

With a sigh, she found a spot to lay down. The signs of her expecting were starting to show both emotionally and very slightly physically. Her moods were usually one extreme or the other. The pale female seemed to switch between wanting to be smothered in attention and love or be left alone to do as she pleased. Piety was aware of Wraith's concern for her so she tried not to stray too far from the borders. Of course with Morganna safely home Piety didn't feel as much of the need to go out. If ninety percent of the things she wanted were right here it seemed a waste of energy.

Mittani Morelli
Late night, Freezing fog, 32 ° F, 0 ° C

He had been lurking around the place like a ghost. He minded his business the best he could for he didn't wish for some moody female or territorial male to snap off his nose. He did notice the different scent in some of the females. A sign that children would be here in the spring. Once upon a time, he may have loved to have the little fluffy rascals crawling about the place but the thought of it now made him disgusted.

Without a word, he sulked past the den. His steps were silent to not disrupt anyone. There was no one of interest around here that he wished to bump into or speak a word with. If he could simply snatch a small snack he'd eagerly be on his way.
