Clandestine Brook A State of Grief

<I>RE : Inna, you find yourself stepping into a ring of red-capped mushrooms.</I>

After finding out about her father’s passing and then finally saying goodbye Inna had to get away from Hearthwood river for a few days. She didn’t know how else she could deal with such a shock. It had been completely unexpected and so soon after her return. The emotions that she was feeling were making her feel like she was going to explode. It was mere hours after she’d said her goodbye to her father that she had started running not knowing or caring where she ended up. All she knew was that she needed to find a way to deal with all of them and she hoped that she would be able to get past this, her father had meant so much to her. He had been someone she wanted to model her life after and now he was gone. Inna didn’t really know how long she had been running though it felt like it had been a very long time. She didn’t really notice how tired she was or the fact that she now seemed to be in a very dense part of the lore. It wasn’t until she started to see little red-capped mushrooms all around her that she slowed her pace down to a walk. It was rather strange to see these mushrooms since she never recalled seeing them back home, she was most certainly not there. They started to become denser as she walked until she had to stop because she couldn’t set a paw down without stepping on one of them. “Where is Lachesis when you need him?” She said out loud to no one in particular. He would be able to answer her questions about them for sure.
