Draven wasn't sure what Sahalie had told Alastor about what had happened between them if she had told him anything at all. He himself had made his presence scarce that night, spending his night sleeping out of the territory away from the others and the early morning out searching for herbs. The routine was nothing new for him, he had done this at the Cove while mourning the anniversary of his mother's death. Still, it seemed somehow lonelier to do it here down in the Vale. He had come here to reconnect with his brother, and he had, but he had also separated himself from Neha and Namid. On top of that was Sahalie, he didn't trust that wolf as far as he could throw her, and that wouldn't be very far given how chubby she is.
He knew that soon he would be going back to the mountain to visit Neha and possibly bring her down here for a visit. Part of him wondered if he had made a mistake coming here to begin with, if this trip shouldn't be his farewell from Quaking Vale and return tail between his legs to try to rejoin the Cove. He couldn't do that to Alastor, even though his heart wanted to. He had made a commitment to this pack and to his brother and he would see it through. He couldn't hide out any longer, he needed to talk to the platinum coated Leigh and tell him what had happened between him and Sahalie if the girl hadn't already done so.
This time he had really made a mess of things.
