Adelayde Artemieva

It was easy to feel his body tense for a mere moment after her words, they were inches apart from one another. Through true, her words, may of been too much too soon she supposed. How could someone explain everything about themselves? It was purely impossible especially if one didn't know everything about themselves. Relationships teach you aspects about yourselves you didn't know you had. She knew he couldn't tell her every detail and truly she didn't want him to tell her everything. Ade wanted to learn about him by watching and listening to him in simple conversations. That was where the real parts of him would shine.

Though he seemed apprehensive to open up, he gave her something to chew on. However, it was a small scrape of meat. "That's a part of who are, right? So it matters." She answered as he tried to brush it off. It all mattered. All the little things he went through made Laike who he was today. Adelayde was a curious gal and yearned to learn about anything that made a wolf who they were today. Perhaps she was too nosey for her own good.

Bluntly, he asked what she wanted to know. For a moment, her tongue felt like it was stuck to the roof of her mouth, frozen as she hesitated. Fidgeting instead of just sitting there, she settled onto her side. Setting her cream muzzle upon her paws, her mismatched eyes continued to gaze up to meet his fiery eyes. Pondering silently as the rain continued to pour upon the rye fields outside. The rumble of thunder was muffled slightly by the top soil above the couple.

"Hmm, how 'bout-" she finally started. "What is your favorite memory?" Hers was easy to remember. Mother had been teaching her about constellations as part of her daily teachings, but that night had been different. A night she would never forget anytime soon, just like this night. The two talked through the night and shared memories of their lives, slowly drawing closer to one another as the night drew on until eventually they fell asleep closer than ever before.
