Adeltra Archer

Adeltra wasn’t stupid, she could tell the boy was being flirtatious. Any other girl might have blushed or flirted back, but she didn’t really care. She hardly knew him anyhow and saw him as nothing other than another wolf. It took a strong connection for her to find those types of feelings. At least, that was what she suspected. She did, however, respond with a sassy eyeroll. Because, as an Archer, she was certainly full of sass.

With the final reply of both her brows were raised. It seemed like they thought pack wolves didn’t know much. But, what they didn’t know was that Adeltra had spent plenty of time on her own. She had learned much from her family, but she also had a spark of life in her from the outside. She could hold her own. “Oh, you don’t have to worry about me. I’d watch your own hind ends, though,” she said with a grin, before turning forward and lunging for a coyote of her own.

Anakh Rahal

He flashed a wide, toothy grin at his sister in response to her clipped words: Yeah, yeah. He really wasn’t interested in the ebony girl; he just liked making those around him uncomfortable with his carefree demeanour. The russet boy wasn’t the type to bite his tongue or keep his thoughts to himself—he was an open book. Mostly.

Oooh, Cou, he started, his amber gaze flitting over to his twin, this one is feisty, he commented as he flicked his nose in the pack wolf’s direction. Maybe if we’re lucky we can keep her? He didn’t mean it, but he sure liked teasing both his sister and the stranger. Everything was fun and games to the boy—especially meeting strangers.

His teeth were met with fur as he clamped down on the hindleg of a coyote, his pointed snout ripping from side to side as he attempted to cause damage on his prize. But the mangey coyote wasn’t going down without a fight. It’s own jaws snapped inches away from Valor’s hide, threatening to puncture through his scarlet fur. His previous smile returned as he released the mangey creature and jumped back. He hopped from side to side, aiming to entice the creature to rush forward just as Valor had just done. And, as expected, the creature complied and rushed the boy. He was knocked back as the coyote headbutted him but he did not hit the ground. Instead, he clamped his jaws around the coyote’s neck and attempted to shove it to the ground by pushing his weight against the coyote and tightening his grip…

LOOKIN' BETTER IN BLACK THEN THE WIDOWS OF OUR ENEMIES

Gods why was her brother so unbearable? He was talking about keeping her like she was some kind of property when she had about a hundred times the brain cells and fight that he was exhibiting in that moment. “She isn’t a slab of meat, Val, you can’t just keep her.” She sighed, men. Always thinking women were objects. She could deal with that mildly appalling situation at a later date.

She narrowed her eyes, launching into the scuffle with the same fierocity that she did with pretty much any fight, a snarl as her jaws targeted one of the other coyotes who had just marked one of the trees. If they could wound all three, then none of them would jump to the other’s aid. She quickly sunk her teeth into it’s disgusting pelt. It tried to reach her, snapping it’s jaws towards her neck but she spun herself, awkwardly bending it’s leg as she did so causing it to yelp.
