She had thought safety for the time when her and Tyne's children arrived would have been wherever she and Tyne had decided. The universe had decided to show her just how wrong she was. Running into the coyotes had only shown her that there wasn't a safe place outside the protection of a pack. She'd made the decision the remain with the draw wolves for now at least. That way she could give birth to her children without the worry of being attacked by any coyotes, or having them stolen from her before they had the chance to start their lives.
She'd been given a den that offered her the privacy that she would need and wanted during the affair. Though it had belonged to another she'd made it her own, making it as comfortable as she could for the birth. She wanted everything to be perfect and go perfect but she knew it wasn't a perfect world. If it was she and Tyne would be in a den by the sea, the sound of the waves against the beach and the smell of salt in the air and their fur comforting her through the birth.
As with most things in the lore she made due with what she had. Her search for the sea long over and the search for a place to raise her children on her mind. Charred Ash Draw, as she'd learned the name of the pack after coming to their lands seemed a good place and she had Tyne with her now. Recent days had proven to be full of restlessness and anxiety over all the things that could go wrong. She tried to keep those thoughts from her mind as best she could as it would never do her to be thinking on them so near to bringing her pups into the world. Each night she'd found it harder to find a comfortable position and she'd confined herself to the den only leaving to take care of her needs.
She woke up to sunlight entering through the den entrance and after a moment found she had no appetite. Her morning was spent fidgeting with the furs in the den or walking around the area outside her den. After what seemed so many hours of trying to control the way she was feeling the pain came. It drove her back into her den where she curled up at first before ending up on her side. Her breathing had slowed to long deep breaths in hopes that might help the pain.
Nauja hoped Tyne would be near, she didn't think she could call for him just then and she needed him to be there.
