About Darkwater Rapids.
After a rabies plague and a number of malicious attacks upon Relic Lore and its wolves, Grizzly Hollow was forever changed. With the founding family uprooted, Kade Attaya rose to inherit the pack and the territory, which had become desolate in the wake of the sickness. On the bank of Heartleaf Creek, he called together what remained of the once mighty pack and asserted his will to abandon the forsaken land before the birth of children, mothered by his mate, Ava Attaya.
At dawn the very next day, Kade and Ava led their companions (Sibyl, Destin, and Maksim) eastward and over Serpent's Pass, eventually crossing into Secret Falls and uncovering a hidden ravine that would become the heart of their new home. On a rocky bend of the mighty river, the five wolves would lay claim to Darkwater Rapids with a song as strong and enduring as their bonds to one another.
On the 1st of October, however, a downpour that had been falling for days suddenly exploded into a flash flood. Maksim gathered as many members as he could and set about evacuating them from the flooding territory. Several were missing, including Kade and Ava and two of their children, and with a heavy heart, the wolves of Darkwater Rapids fled home to start a new. They travelled for many days, crossing the mountain. There, a new chapter of their life began under the name of Cut Rock River.

- Den Description: The old home of the Darkwater Rapids pack, this section of forest was flooded out in Fall 2013, completely destroying the old den site. The winding river carves through a deep ravine before eventually descending to fuse with the stream that feeds the mysterious Secret Falls. Shrouded in shadow and guarded by a thick, mossy woodland, this tributary is so deep and fast in places that it is nearly impossible to cross. White rapids punctuate the dark, clear appearance of the water for which the territory is named, and the area is teeming with life despite the danger the river exudes.
