About Grizzly Hollow.
Unlike the other two packs of Relic Lore, Grizzly Hollow was founded by someone outside the Tainn Family. Amidst a terrible snow storm Borden Lyall fully realized his desire to start his own pack with his new mate Jaysyek Enap Lyall. During the next pack meeting he resigned from his Beta (or Second) position under Alexander Dieudonné of Midnight Plateau, later starting the journey with three companions (Jaysyek, Vlarindara, and the yearling Raigo Akreon) west to the Cedarwood Forest. The prospective alpha surged forward into the night to unearth the site of an abandoned bear’s den. Here, atop a small knoll that hid the snow-covered entrance from view, the four wolves sang well into the night, making clear that the reign of the wolves of the woods has begun.
In the spring of 2014, it had become apparent to Rook and Bishop Lyall of Renegades Reach (in the northwest reaches of Canada) that their family was not as it was in the years before. Their older siblings had long since grown up, their aunts Aniu and Sibyl more cautious and more wary, their parents maturing into old age; and, when Borden’s mind had begun to slip and make demands of the wolves of Grizzly Hollow, Rook took it upon himself to leave home within Renegades Reach and seek out the very place he had only ever known about in stories about his parents’ past.
Followed by his twin sister Bishop, the pair immediately set out to Relic Lore in search of any clues or directions that would lead them to Borden and Jaysyek’s old pack lands (something that had only been apart of a story until now). They succeeded but it was not without help. Along the way, much to Bishop’s dismay, Rook had gathered up a small group of supporters - Namid, Titan, and their older brother Ryvet - and the aid of the Whisper Caverns wolves. Things would later escalate, however, when Rook’s impulsiveness was paired with the discovery that his parents had followed suit and returned to Southern Eden. In finding an ally and companion within Quil Attaya, Rook’s hope to restore what once was rose but his plans to reestablish the “old" Grizzly Hollow backfired. His own aunt and uncle - Elettra Archer and Angier Lyall - within Willow Ridge turned against him, Bishop and Namid left him, the promise of a summer romance was lost, and Cut Rock River - the pack which had offered him shelter for the winter in exchange for his services as some sort of tracker - sent him off on a terrible note.
These unexpected plans worked in his favor, though, and eventually the family was reunited. Beneath Borden and Jaysyek, Rook had assembled a small band of family and friends (including Quil's sister Cinder). The wolves of Grizzly Hollow would rise and live again under his watch, but it would not be without other hardships and sacrifice.
Pack pride colors for Grizzly Hollow are "Young Evergreen (#8aa500)" and "Grizzly Bear Brown (#935311)."
Notes & Trivia.
- Grizzly Hollow was first founded by Borden Lyall and Jaysyek Enap Lyall on February 12, 2011. They moved their family from Relic Lore on March 23rd, 2013 in light of the Where the Wild Things Are BWP where the threat of disease was beginning to trickle into the western parts of Relic Lore. They transferred their leadership titles to Kade and Ava Attaya who went onto establish Darkwater Rapids. When Borden expressed a final wish to return "home," Borden and Jaysyek's sons Rook and Ryvet made it possible for Grizzly Hollow to return to Relic Lore on March 10th, 2015.

The Wolves of Grizzly Hollow.

- Den Description: Time has been kind to the depths of Cedarwood Forest where the wolves of Grizzly Hollow had once been. The trees have endured, sheltering the birthing den that had served as the safe haven for their Lore-born brood. Now it has been refurbished as the center of the territory, deemed a secure spot for its members against the southern hedges of the Thicket of Secrets. Situated across the creek that defines their neighbors' territory - Cut Rock River - the territory lends itself to an ancient empire of closely-spaced cedars and a variety evergreens, stretching to the east to the reaches of Jasper Rocks, where Prosper and Theo Lyall have been laid to rest, and to the south towards the old bear den where Borden and Jaysyek had first made their claim in February of 2011.

Notes & Trivia.
- Originally established February 12th, 2011 after Borden had split from the Midnight Plateau pack.
- The "heart" of the Grizzly Hollow has shifted, but the old bear den is still apart of the territory, situated not far from the southernmost part of the pack borders. The "hub" of the pack lands is now Jaysyek/Taima's old birthing den where the first and second litter of Lyalls and Octavius were born.
- Was Relic Lore's third pack to be established (after Swift River and Midnight Plateau). Upon its return, it was the first pack to be re-established on-site.
- The Lyalls have encountered and acquired a number of Relic Lore families. To date they have close relations with: the Lagina-Thorbens (of Whisper Caverns), the Attayas (of Darkwater Rapids), and the Macieos (from Grizzly Hollow and Fallen Tree Cove). On the other hand, there is currently misunderstandings happening with family on the Archer-Lyall side (Willow Ridge).
